摘要: There are a range of different usability evaluation methods: both analytical and empirical. The appropriate choice is not always clear, especially for new technologies. In-car navigation systems an example how multimodal technologies increasingly becoming part our everyday life. Their important, as badly designed can induce errors resulting in situations where driving safety may be compromised. In this paper we use study on the device when user setting set up itinerary to investigate scope classes approach. Four one empirical techniques were used evaluate device. We analyse results produced by two approach --- versus compare them terms their diversity insight they provide analyst respect overall system its potential improvement. Results suggest link between genotypes class phenotypes also illustrate complement each other, providing greater into system.
