摘要: Fabrication of three-dimensional photonic crystals by the microexplosion techniques has recently been demonstrated a number groups. However, simple models which are currently used for characterizing void-based structures do not produce adequate results. Here, we suggest new theoretical approach analyzing properties allow to improve results modeling created method. In particular, study bandgap spectrum introducing shell high-index material surrounding an air void in face-centered-cubic lattice. This allows us effective model correlates very well with polymer produced experimentally. We also discuss some interesting effects observed fabricated until now have understood due inadequacies models.
