摘要: The choroid is the middle layer of eye, a very vascular and pigmented tissue, with its role in several ophthalmological pathologies already having been clearly established. But it was not until last few years that we have able to reliably precisely measure quantify shape thickness. Ultrasound technology indocyanine green angiography were first techniques used for study choroid, they still maintain their use clinical indications diagnosis management pathologies. advent optical coherence tomography greatest breakthrough choroidal imaging. In this chapter, past, current future image modalities will be discussed, special focus on latest developments.
