摘要: The provision of legislative or other legal protection for linguistic minorities is widespread in domestic systems.1 In international law, and human rights law particular, the question minority language has until recently received much less attention. entry into force on 1 March 1998 Council Europe's European Charter Regional Minority Languages (the “Minority Charter”), first instrument directed solely at language, suggests that situation may be changing.
