摘要: Objectives: The objective of the study was to determine level dental health care access and associated factors, at various public facilities in Union Territory (UT) Chandigarh. Materials Methods: A done using a multistage random sampling technique, interview adult respondents their homes dentists clinics hospitals. Results: mean composite score 59.2 (SD 18.9) urban areas 60.5 20.9) rural (P=0.64) on scale 100. for self-perceived condition oral 6.47 (95% CI 6.17 - 6.76). Thirty-four percent did not contact dentist despite having problem last year, primarily because problems were important them (45%), they lacked time (22%), took self-medication (16%). Overall 58% suggested government 44% liked private treatment cavities. setup preferred cheaper affordable. Conclusions: Dental only limited available most Self-reported low, people ignored problems.
