摘要: Persistent infection with Helicobacter pylori confers an increased risk for the development of gastric cancer. In our previous investigations, we found that ENO1 was overexpression in cagA-positive H. pylori-infected epithelial AGS cells by proteomic method, contrast to isogenic cagA knock out mutant cells. is a newly identified oncoprotein overexpressed some However, relationship between and expression still remains undefined. The cancer were transfected WT-cagA plasmid PR-cagA plasmids. Expression mRNA protein measured real-time quantitative PCR western blot analysis. Signal inhibitor treatment used investigate signal pathways. It levels dependent on gene CagA phosphorylation. Further analysis revealed Src, MEK ERK pathway involved this upregulation effect. Our data suggest upregulated through activating Src MEK/ERK pathways, thereby providing novel mechanism underlying pylori-mediated diseases.
