摘要: Objectives: A considerable percentage of morbidity and mortality after esophagectomy gastric pull-up is due to leakage the esophagogastrostomy, which mainly caused by ischemia fundus. Previous clinical studies demonstrated that impaired microcirculation conduit almost recovers within first 5 postoperative days. Therefore, this study was designed improve perfusion laparoscopic ischemic conditioning stomach.
