摘要: Electron microscopic studies of the ovaries rat and monkey, fixed by intravascular perfusion, reveal abundant smooth muscle cells with a widespread distribution. In both animal species bundles are seen in theca externa developing, mature atretic follicles. The prominent lobules interstitial tissue ovary surrounded groups follow very closely rich capillary network distributed around endocrine tissue. Smooth were not observed subendothelial space that separates capillaries from lutein corpus luteum. possible role perifollicular mechanism ovulation is discussed. It suggested unusual spatial relationship to may be linked phenomenon hyperemia edema induced pituitary gonadotrophins during estrous cycle.
