摘要: Telehomecare is considered one of the most successful applications telehealth. However, despite increasing evidence telehomecare benefits, diffusion these services still limited. Decision-makers need strong in order to expand development various populations, regions, and health conditions. The objective this review provide a basis for decision-making by identifying common indicators from literature on telehomecare. A comprehensive cost-effectiveness was conducted specialized bibliographic databases. total 23 studies met inclusion criteria. First, selected were analyzed identify classify that better addressed impacts projects. Then, synthesis done exploring relative applications. analyses show there fair many heterogeneity among reviewed methodological limitations impede possibility generalizing findings. This suggests set could be applied assessing costeffectiveness provides knowledge available It appears specific context which projects take place, meaning different patients, environments, technologies, healthcare systems, should taken into account when selecting cost-effectiveness.
