The Private Provision of Public Goods: An Analysis of Homes on Golf Courses

摘要: This paper examines the joint production of golf and real estate development. The empirical results this analysis show that, over time, courses are being constructed less for recreational more contractual assurance green open space homes. We believe that fundamentally provides some evidence demand environmental quality is growing markets increasingly able to find creative contracting mechanisms satisfy demands public goods.
