Vibrational spectroscopy and microwave dielectric properties of Ca5−xBaxNb2TiO12 and Ca5−xBaxTa2TiO12 ceramics

摘要: Complex ceramics Ca5−xBaxNb2TiO12 and Ca5−xBaxTa2TiO12 were prepared by conventional solid-state ceramic route. The crystalline structures determined x-ray diffraction, which showed that solid solutions formed for x=4 (CaBa4Nb2TiO12 CaBa4Ta2TiO12) multiphases appeared 1⩽x⩽3. dielectric properties of the sintered measured in microwave frequency range. constant temperature variation resonant increased quality factor decreased with increasing x value. Raman analyses different spectra depending upon composition, variations both intensity frequency, as well number bands strictly related to phases present.
