摘要: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a malignancy of considerable interest and importance, not only because its major impact on specific populations, such as Cantonese Chinese North Africans, but also the accumulating information allowing better understanding relative contribution environmental genetic factors in this tumor which believed to have Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) necessary etiologic agent. The greater disease developing countries, where application new clinical laboratory tools difficult, has undoubtedly delayed progress controlling NPC, development multidisciplinary studies an international basis led significant improvements early detection, treatment, pathogenesis. In report, we will summarize some recent advances that hopefully lead control neoplasm.
