摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the effects 2-ME on hepatic function in exposed workers. Fifty-three impregnation workers from two copper-clad laminate-manufacturing factories using as a solvent were recruited group. Another group 121 lamination with indirect exposure comparison Environmental monitoring air concentrations and biological urine 2-methoxy acetic acid performed. Venous blood collected for biochemistry analyses. Liver examination results showed that aspartate amino transferase, alanine gamma-glutamyl transferase 2-ME-exposed not significantly different those After adjustment hepatitis carrier status, gender, body mass index, duration employment, no difference found between groups. We conclude hepatotoxin.
