摘要: Satellite radiotelemetry has provided great insights into the movements and behaviors of polar bears (Ursus maritimus). The diameter neck adult male exceeds that their head, however, radio collars slip off. This limited collection movement information to from radio-collared females. To overcome this difficulty gather about movements, we surgically implanted satellite transmitters 7 during 1996 1997. We compared males with those 104 females between 1985 1995.
