摘要: To determine the genetic variability of dengue viruses (DENVs) in Paraguay, complete envelope gene was sequenced for 4 DENV-2 and 22 DENV-3 strains isolated from 2001 to 2006. The sequence data were used Bayesian phylogenetic analyses, which revealed that Paraguayan fell into two distinct clades within American/Asian genotype, thus suggesting introduction a new clade likely associated with shift dominant serotype 2005 might have caused an outbreak DENV-2. This study also indicated genotype III, which, several 2006 isolates varied remaining their tree locations. this epidemic DENV-3. More are needed test hypothesis.
