摘要: Findings on computed tomography (CT) were considered diagnostic or highly suggestive in seven cases of bowel infarction. Important findings portal mesenteric venous gas, intramural focal thickening wall, diffusely dilated fluid-filled bowel, and clot the superior artery. Only one patient had unequivocal extraluminal gas initial abdominal radiographs, although others equivocal later developed obvious gas. Because CT may detect arterial occlusion not apparent plain films, because is increasingly used early evaluation pain, it can play an important role diagnosis management
