摘要: New developments in optical microscopy are discussed with relevance to the imaging of amyloid plaques that pathognomonic a variety degenerative disorders. We present results linear birefringence, dichroism, and circular dichroism Congo red stained ex vivo vitro. A new technique for measuring rapid changes anisotropies is introduced. The application polarimetric as demonstrated here can be extended broader pathological practice since measurements sensitive transformations tissues specific disease signatures.
