摘要: Operating a successful cultural heritage tourism (CHT) business requires both knowledge of the conservation needs and sound practice. Using combination qualitative quantitative methods, this study sought to compare success factors identified by practitioners with research effort apparent in CHT literature. A list nine key was devised based on existing literature practitioner interviews.
