摘要: A one-dimensional model was developed for solvent extraction of oil from a packed bed oil-bearing vegetable materials. The equilibrium relationship between the residual content marc and concentration stagnant miscella in pores material generated through experiments with rice bran hexane. nondimensional parameters recognized describing were initial Reynolds number (Rei), Schmidt (Sci), void fraction (eb), particle porosity (ep), ratio diameter to (Dt/dp), depth (L/Dt), surface area cross-section (apAL/A=apL), recycle distribution coefficient (EDC). For reducing time required extract same marc, higher values Rei, eb, apL beneficial, whereas Sci, ep, Dt/dp, L/Dt, EDC detrimental.
