摘要: Five theoretical processes that link values and behavior were identified: value congruence, value-behavior consistency, behavioral modeling, internalization, descriptive norms. A questionnaire was administered to 219 employees their managers. Values for preventive safety procedures time urgency linked of in the hairdressing industry. Hairdressers are frequently exposed hazardous chemicals, measured wearing protective gloves. Results support internalization (linking manager's employee's values) modeling behavior). Employee also negatively related (value-behavior consistency). Descriptive norms congruence not supported. Strategies align within organizations management at work considered.
