摘要: Video retrieval and video mining has become a very popular research field due to the increase of applications like monitoring, surveillance, matching duplication detection in videos also hasty raise volume digital databases. Since it is vibrant area, this work, an efficient approach find new objects from proposed. This work aimed out object using Lorentz Information measure Discrete Wavelet Transform extract features frame applying self organizing maps recognize sequence. The proposed model system designed implemented on MATLAB. tested with sample providing promising results. performance level will be suited for several simple day surveillance systems.
