摘要: Purpose: To evaluate MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) findings of intraductal papillary tumors the pancreas and correlate them with histopathology. Material Methods: Seventeen patients tumor underwent MRCP before surgery. were correlated to histopathology regard presence septa excrescent nodules in cystic lesion, communication between lesion main pancreatic duct (MPD), degree dilatation MPD, common bile (CBD). Results: demonstrated 17 cases (100%), 8 (47.1%), MPD 14 (82.3%), over 50% 6 (35.3%), CBD 3 (17.6%). These showed excellent correlation histopathology. The septum on corresponded a layer connective tissue epithelium. Excrescent carcinomas consisted not only malignant cells, but also dysplasia adenoma. adenomas consistent minimal growth adenoma, proliferation fibrosis, hematoma organized fibrin fibrosis. Pancreatic was affected by chronic pancreatitis all cases. Cases due microscopic invasion carcinoma. Conclusion: appearances are well at
