摘要: Abstract The determination of the dissociation constant 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine in nicarbazin was carried out by means capillary electrophoresis using a dynamic coating fused-silica with high-molecular-mass poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) implementing two methods: (a) fitting effective mobility determined from different electrophoretic runs at single wavelength as function pH and (b) novel modeling strategy spectrophotometric second-order data generated diode array detector several wavelengths pH. accuracy proposed methodologies verified robenidine model compound known value pKa.
