摘要: A SPICE circuit model was developed to accurately simulate the i-v characteristics of a brushless AC motor commutated by semiconductor switches. The is based on Fourier curve fits measured mutual inductance interactions between all combinations field and armature windings, as well coil resistance inductance. able predict current voltage characteristics, both statically, dynamically when interfaced with commutation model. has been demonstrated agree electrical tests an inverted large time scale. It also given reliable predictions small time-scale details, where it desirable power MOSFET switch behavior after command open or close. Data were collected analyzed for simulations combined containing Metrics compared data from good agreement.
