摘要: Business logistics have an undeniable strategic importance and organizations can reach new markets improve service levels for their customers by outsourcing. To maximize the benefits of relationship between a shipper (i.e. buyer) provider, alignment goals objectives is required. Thus, this paper developed model that connects perceptions both parties. The was based on trade-off matrix, priority importance-performance analysis matrix. A case study adopted, considering two companies located in Caruaru-PE, Brazil.
