摘要: While 203 K high temperature superconductivity in H3S has been interpreted by BCS theory the dirty limit here we focus on effects of hydrogen zero-point-motion and multiband electronic structure relevant for multigap near Lifshitz transitions. We describe how topology Fermi surfaces evolves with pressure giving different Lifshitz-transitions. A neck-disrupting Lifshitz-transition (type 2) occurs where van Hove singularity, vHs, crosses chemical potential at 210 GPa new small 2D surface portions appear slow velocity Migdal-approximation becomes questionable. show that neglected zero-point motion ZPM, plays a key role It induces an energy shift about 600 meV vHs. The other (of type 1) appearing 130 Gamma point Brillouin zone breaks down large fluctuations. maximum Tc=203K 160 Ef/w0=1 pocket point. Feshbach-like resonance between possible BEC-BCS condensate k-space spots is proposed.
