摘要: Abstract Bulk conductivity measurements by complex-plane impedance analysis and dielectric have been carried out on LiMn2O4 together with four-probe dc measurements. The electrical consists of two thermally activated processes: one above 310 K the other below 250 K. A relaxation process shows up at T > an activation energy nearly equal to that required for conduction Below K, a also takes place but is not available experimentally because this requires frequencies lowest in present work. behaviour interpreted terms hopping small polarons eg electrons Mn3+. transition from low-temperature high-temperature discussed phase transformation due emergence I41/amd Fd3m matrix caused cooperative Jahn-Teller effect high-spin Mn3+ ions.
