摘要: Effect of simultaneous Ga and Te addition on the structure As2Se3 glasses is studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), extended absorption fine (EXAFS) Raman techniques. It shown that most As, Se atoms build a covalent network according to their main valences. Three-fold coordinated As form pyramidal structural units, which are connected via bridges two-fold chalcogen (Se, Te). On other hand, coordination in glassy samples found be greater than three, as expected from its valence, increasing with content. Some appear converted into four-fold state at low concentration, while fraction and, possibly, thought exist singly-coordinated (terminal) vicinity higher concentration.
