Restriction fragment length polymorphisms as genetic markers in soybean, Glycine max (L.) merrill

摘要: Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms (RFLP) have been identified between widely distant cultivars (‘Minsoy’ and ‘Noir 1 ’) of soybean Glycine max (L.) Merrill. Using as probes randomly chosen clones DNA, one in five revealed a polymorphism. More than half these polymorphisms appear to result from rearrangements the genomic DNA. Twenty seven markers were analyzed for linkage F2 plants. Eleven contained four groups. Five compared search new alleles. When RFLP corresponding low copy DNA used analyze three other — ‘Sooty’, ‘Forrest’ ‘Mandarin (Ottawa)’ few alleles found. probes, different could be differentiate cultivars. Complex which correspond repeated single such probe distinguish each other.
