摘要: Abstract In the next future, transcatheter aortic valve implantation could represent a minimally invasive option in case of bioprosthesis failure for patients at high surgical risk. CT based preoperative planning this procedure be useful to optimize valve-in-valve implantation. context, 3D analysis seems necessary, particularly leaflets. The goal study was propose different methods segment and characterize degenerated using standard scan images order map structural injury and, ultimately, plan best positioning We report our preliminary results on segmentation position. Three have been tested all allowed obtaining components. Results were compared by means quantitative criteria. Explanted used as reference. Semi-automatic provide an interesting approach morphological characterization bioprosthesis.
