摘要: We report a 49-year-old right lobe liver transplant recipient, who developed significant anastomotic stenosis of the hepatic vein shortly thereafter. Shear wave elastography (SWE) was applied to investigate stiffness quantitatively. It showed increased in anterior compared with posterior segment graft. The stenotic venous anastomosis then managed by angioplasty stent placement. SWE after gradual decrease segment, which almost equal at 2 weeks Our experience suggested that may be noninvasive tool assess alterations secondary congestion transplantation.
