摘要: We have evaluated three DNA-based marker types for linkage map construction in Populus: RFLPs detected by Southern blot hybridization, STSs a combination of PCR and RFLP analysis, RAPDs. The mapping pedigree consists generations, with the F1 produced interspecific hybridization between P. trichocarpa female deltoides male. F2 generation was made inbreeding to maximum degree permitted dioecious mating system Populus. applicability RAPDs outside has been investigated, showing that these PCR-based systems are well-suited breeding designs involving hybridization. A Populus genome (343 markers) constructed from all types. length is estimated be 2400–2800 cM.
