摘要: Previous research [1, 2] has indicated that pair programming is better than individual when the pairs are physically colocated. However, important questions arise: How effective if not next to each other? What programmers geographically distributed? An experiment was conducted compare different working arrangements of student teams developing object-oriented software. The were both colocated and in distributed environments; some practiced while others did not. results indicate it feasible develop software using programming, resulting comparable developed or virtual teams. Our early experiments have led creation a more comprehensive environment for support dual screen projectors hymermedia-enhanced video streams. findings will be significant help educators dealing with team projects distance-learning students, as well organizations involved development
