摘要: The extraction behaviour of Ce(IV), Th(IV) and part RE(III), viz., La, Ce, Nd Yb, has been investigated using di(2-ethylhexyl) 2-ethylhexyl phosphonate (DEHEHP,B) in heptane as an extractant. Results show that extractability varies the order: Ce(IV) > much greater than RE(III). Therefore, it is possible to find appropriate conditions under which can be effectively separated from Furthermore, stripping loaded organic phase carried out by dilute H2SO4 with aliquot H2O2.Roasted bastnasite made Baotou (China) Na2CO3 leached HNO3, there about 50% Ce mainly tetravalent nitrate along other RE(III) leachings. Through fractional extraction, taking nitric acid leachings roasted Bastnasite feed DEHEHP extractant, we obtain CeO2 products high purity 99.9-99.99%, a yield >85%, ThO2/CeO2 < 10(-4).
