摘要: Abstract In recent years, platelet proteomics has been applied successfully to the study of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). It is very well known that platelets play a pivotal role in pathophysiological mechanisms underlying many CVDs, especially acute coronary syndromes (ACSs), since they are implied thrombus formation after atheroma plaque rupture. This reason why molecules involved activation and aggregation primary targets for treatment ACSs. Many efforts aimed at finding drugs inhibit activation; however it difficult separate therapeutic benefits from harmful effects because pathological physiological functions due same mechanisms. Given lack nucleus, regarded as an ideal method approach their biochemistry. Current proteomic studies focusing on identification molecular functional changes normal states, enriching comprehension biological function, screening new biomarkers antiplatelet agents. present article, we introduce reader biology revise advances including special emphasis sample preparation requirements proteome analysis clinical samples.
