摘要: A method of preparing a surgical vascular graft wherein length material carries an absorbed coating tridodecyl methyl ammonium chloride (TDMAC) surfactant and antibiotic bound thereto. such as polytetrafluoroethylene or Dacron is soaked in 5% by weight solution TDMAC for 30 minutes at room temperature, air dried then washed distilled water to remove excess TDMAC. The carrying the cationic incubated negatively charged one hour, sterile unbound stored use operating room.
