摘要: Abstract The dosimetry properties of thermoluminescence CaF 2 : Tm detectors with thulium concentrations 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6% and 0.7%, developed from single crystals grown by the Stockbarger method at Institute Geochemistry, Irkutsk, Russia, were investigated. relative TL efficiency, η, after 5.3 MeV Am-241 α-particle irradiation Cs-137 γ-ray dose response doses up to 10 Gy , interest for radiation therapy, evaluated. Linearity reproducibility response, shape glow-curve (ratio area under peaks 3 5 α- γ-radiation) studied referred standard Harshaw TLD-300 detectors. high temperature peak was found grow increasing concentration, 0.13 0.1% Tm, 0.17 0.3% 0.92 0.5% where corresponding values η 0.073, 0.059 0.211. Detectors 0.6 wt % appear reproduce quite well, showing a similar glow curve ratio areas 3. highest ranges linear dose-response 137Cs γ-rays 5, obtained Tm. These detectors, due their efficiency high-LET extended linearity range are most suitable radiotherapy beams.
