Adrenaline inhibited cell proliferation and regulated expression of TGF-beta1 and bFGF in cultured human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts via alpha-receptor

摘要: Adrenaline has been shown to modulate proliferation of mouse fibroblasts, adventitial fibroblasts and synovial B (fibroblasts-like) cells. However, little is known about the response cultured human hypertrophic scar adrenaline. In this study, we investigated cell involved mechanisms in Population doubling time (PDT) assay MTT were performed determine viability, respectively. The expression bFGF TGFβ1 was measured by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) enzyme linked immunosorbent (ELISA). results showed that adrenaline inhibited normal a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, up-regulated down-regulated fibroblasts. Interestingly incubation with α receptor antagonist regitine indicated mediated inhibition regulation TGF-β1 receptor. These studies suggest inhibits alters fibroblast involving an pathway.
