摘要: We made an experimental study on rabbit ears using ischemic flow-through venous flap model to determine the changes in levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) flaps and effects exogenous antioxidants endogenous antioxidant superoxide dismutase (SOD) ROS indicator malonyldialdehyde (MDA) survival. Mean SOD level significantly decreased MDA increased after elevation according basal untreated flaps. The mean survival rates or glutathione (GSH)-treated groups were with respect group. was SOD- GSH-treated relative control group elevation. These results have suggested that may important role pathogenesis additionally, could enhance rate
