摘要: This study identified differences in expression of angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) and angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) the endometrium 33 women with abnormal bleeding induced by an intra-uterine device (IUD; 23 proliferative phase, 10 secretory phase) compared 28 control samples from normal endometria without IUD fitted (12 16 phase). Expression Ang-1, Ang-2 endothelial cell-specific tyrosine kinase receptor-2 (Tie-2) mRNA was detected reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), Ang-1 protein levels were immunohistochemistry. The RT-PCR results showed significantly decreased patients during both phases women. Tie-2 Ang-1:Ang-2 ratio also phase Immunohistochemical analysis elevated These suggest that angiopoietin/Tie-2 system promotes vascular remodelling changes may contribute to uterine some users.
