摘要: A novel approach is presented for aligning the pulse carver and data modulator in a dual Mach-Zehnder (MZ) optical transmitter. This technique relies solely on photodiode detected microwave power spectrum of transmitted signal. Experimental results are that illustrate spectral property to be exploited two proposed techniques designing low cost automated alignment system. mathematical explanation phenomenon shown agree quite well with measurement simulation results.
