Although distribution our mirrored that found literature, incidence is much higher than previous studies (7.4–20%). could either be due differences confounding factors intoxication location practice recording trauma between centres. Neither nor significantly associated an increased injury. Positive toxicology increase likelihood sustaining (p = .044084). In conclusion, presence this well documented lesions should not always raise suspicion foul play.
