摘要: A study of 1045 twin gestations with regard to known or likely zygosity and the incidence pre-eclampsia/eclampsia failed reveal differences between dizygous twins like-sex 'presumed' 'estimated' monozygous except in data for multigravidae. There was a threefold increase as opposed singleton pregnancies. These results are discussed relation increased conceptus-mother antigenic differences.
