摘要: Stainless steel profiled walls have been used increasingly in the oil and gas industry to protect people personnel against hydrocarbon explosions. Understanding reliability of these blast greatly assists improving safety offshore plant facilities. However, presence various uncertainties combined with a complex loading scenario makes assessment process very challenging. Therefore, parametric model developed using ANSYS APDL is presented this chapter. The significant are an advanced analysis investigate influence loading, material geometric on response structures under realistic boundary conditions. To review assess effects dynamics nonlinearities, four types analyses including linear static, nonlinear transient dynamic, dynamic carried out. corresponding evaluated Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method, implementing Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) approach. related properties, geometry represented terms probability distributions associated parameters. Dynamic, linear, responses structure reviewed. Stochastic probabilistic results discussed occurrence, cumulative distribution functions (CDFs), variable sensitivities. It observed that approach taken study can help identify important variables parameters optimize design walls, perform risk assessments, or carry out performance-based for structures.
