摘要: Resume Les thiopurines sont des molecules frequemment utilisees en gastro-enterologie dans les inflammations intestinales comme la maladie de Crohn et rectocolite hemorragique. Leur metabolisme est notamment regule par une enzyme, thiopurine S-methyltransferase ou TPMT. Il possible d’evaluer l’efficacite le risque survenue d’effets indesirables associes a ce traitement trois approches. La mesure l’activite enzymatique TPMT son genotypage recommandes avant decision debuter traitement, tandis que dosage metabolites un indicateur d’efficacite d’adaptation posologique fois institue. L’exploration phenotypique (mesure metabolites) contraignante du fait techniques variations interindividuelles qui rendent l’interpretation difficile. L’etude genotypique quant elle plus simple d’interpretation mais ne permet pas d’exclure tout secondaires.
