摘要: How can Twitter be exploited to fulfill information needs of users on during incidents? In this Thesis question wil investigated and a strategy locate tweets which will introduced. First, techniques are proposed automatically detect incidents given an unstructured incident data source subsequently report these tracked. An interpretative analysis is carried out derive classify typical incidents. Furthermore, metric compute tweet's relevance by measuring its informativeness the user's trustworthiness. Finally, ranked according such that for each need at particular time most relevant found.
