摘要: Circadian variations in the phagocytic activity of mouse whole blood, spleen, and peritoneal cells were studied using zymosan-induced chemiluminescence assay as a measure phagocytosis. On regimen providing for light from 7:00 to 19:00 alternating with darkness, was high around 10:00 low 22:00, integrated counts being 82.33 x 10(5) 52.76 cells, 83.3 32.2 spleen 12.33 3.99 blood cells. Variations similar tendency also found leukocyte granulocyte counts, again higher at compared samples withdrawn 22:00. In contrast differences intensity chemiluminescence, shapes curves (Fig. 6) each cell preparation similar, irrespective time period day prepared. Comparison 3 suspensions studied, prepared same day, revealed some similarity between kinetics samples; intensity, however, emitted by much higher. The differed other 2, slower onset, lasting longer declining more slowly. We have shown here circadian simple rapid method measurements used this study appears be powerful tool further investigation such variations.
