摘要: Sucralose (SUC) is an artificial sweetener that now widely used in North American and Europe; it has been detected a wide variety of aquatic environments. It considered safe for human consumption but its effects the ecosystem have not yet studied depth, since limited ecotoxicological data are available peer-reviewed literature. This study aimed to evaluate potential SUC-induced toxicological hazard blood, brain, gill, liver muscle Cyprinus carpio using oxidative stress biomarkers. Carps were exposed two different environmentally relevant concentrations (0.05 155μgL-1) exposure times (12, 24, 48, 72 96h). The following biomarkers evaluated: lipid peroxidation (LPX), hydroperoxide content (HPC) protein carbonyl (PCC), as well activity antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CAT). SUC was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry techniques (HPLC)-MS/MS. Results show statically significant increase LPX, HPC, PCC (P<0.05) especially brain muscle, changes enzymes gill muscle. Furthermore, employed this useful assessment environmental impact agent on species.
