摘要: The present invention utilizes detection of selected nucleic acid regions from pseudoautosomal to identify sex chromosomal aneuploidy and determine fetal sex. Traditional methods detecting aneuploidies performing determination typically involves some analysis the Y chromosome. assay systems utilizing copy number variant allows quantification chromosomes in mixed samples using loci that display autosomal inheritance patterns.
