摘要: We report a case of spontaneous restoration corneal clarity after graft displacement following Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty. The patient had functioning glaucoma filtering bleb into which air from the anterior chamber escaped, resulting in poor adherence graft. was displaced temporally optical axis. Corneal edema cleared spontaneously within 6 weeks, and central cornea remained clear throughout 11-month follow-up, suggesting that cells migrated eccentric donor to recipient cornea. This might justify use smaller grafts, thus single be sufficient for multiple patients. Financial Disclosure None authors has financial or proprietary interest any material method mentioned.
